Questions we answer often

• Why does my score differ from another tool? Each tool weighs checks differently. Look at the individual problems rather than the number, and fix the ones marked "Fix" first.
• Why can't Rankdesk read my page? Some sites block automated visitors or need a login. Paste the page's HTML into the audit page instead, or check that the site loads for visitors outside your office network.
• Can you do SEO work for my business? Rankdesk is a free toolkit, so we keep our focus on the tools and guides. Our step-by-step plan for small businesses is a good place to start on your own.
• Do you offer an API? Not yet. Tell us what you would use it for, and we will let you know if we build one.
